Kathmandu: Youth and Sports Minister Tejulal Chaudhary has said that he will try to make a new law of Nepal Scout.

In the program held here today, Minister Choudhary said, “Scout has been operated according to the law made in the year 2050. I will try to pass other laws required by the organization during my term”. He emphasized that since the country has gone to a federal structure, the scouts should also be transformed accordingly.

Minister Chaudhary said that if scouts can be established in all 753 municipalities, it will help children and youth in character building. He expressed concern that the social culture and morals of the youth and children are deteriorating. He appreciated the service rendered by the scouts during natural calamities.
